Kids on the Run


Welcome to Kids on the Run.

Kids on the Run
 All students complete 1-2 laps during recess. (4 laps
equals 1 mile)!
 Monday – Friday (7:20 – 7:35) students in 2nd-5th grade
will complete laps on the track and students in K-1st will
complete laps in the gym.
(starting September 6 – May 26)
 On Thursdays and inclement weather students will
participate in warm-up exercises in the gym.

 Okatie Elementary will attempt to log 500 miles in 1
school day.
 Students will run/walk during the school day.
Parents are encouraged to participate.
