Mission Statement: We are committer to meeting the individual needs of our Multilingual Learners by ensuring equitable access to engaging , high-quality, and rigorous instruction. We empower our MLs to be global citizens who are linguistically, socially, and culturally equipped for success in school and beyond.
Ms Melissa Cahill: I have a Bachelor of Science in Education and Master of Science in Communication Sciences and disorders. I am certified in the areas of: English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) and Speech Language Pathology. I am married and have two children, and we love spending time on the May River together. I am dedicated to creating a diverse, language-rich learning environment for our Multilingual Learners.
Ms Donna Hudson: I have a Master's plus 30 in education with certifications in learning disabilities, multiple disabilities and English Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL). I graduated from Georgia Southern University and have taught in the Atlanta area and Beaufort County. My husband and I have a son, daughter and dog names Rocket. I try to inspire m students to have the courage to learn a new language.
Ms Mina Ortega: I am originally from Mexico. I am married and have 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren. I recently earned a certificate as a professional interpreter in special education from the University of Georgia. In my free time I enjoy reading, gardening, and spending time with my family and grandchildren. One of my passions is helping students and their families.
