This 4th annual African American History Education conference promises a robust series of activities and educational sessions for attendees. The three-day immersive experience (Feb. 13-15) includes live music and dance, art, cuisine, and in-depth presentations and panel discussions from local and nationally renowned artists, authors, educators, clergy, living legends, and historians.

Bluffton High School Track team is hosting a track and field training event for grades 4-8 and they would love to have some of our students join them February 22, from 12-4:00pm.
Parker's Kitchen, a prominent convenience store and food service company, donated $75,000 to Beaufort County schools as part of their ongoing charitable initiative that supports education across their widespread consumer regions.

As a Parents as Teachers parent educator in the Beaufort County School District (BCSD) Office of Early Childhood, Freeman stood before 2,000 early childhood development professionals, a clear testament to her impact in the field.

Beta Club is proud to announce their first collection drive starting today! We will be collecting items to make Chemo & Dialysis Care Packages for residents of Bluffton. In Loving Memory of a fellow Bluffton student, Krystal, we will be collecting donations on Wednesday, November 6th. For any student that brings in a monetary donation they will be able to wear crocs and/or yellow shirts.
*If you child has gym on Wednesday please bring a change of shoes for gym class, if they are wearing Crocs. It will be a day 6 if that helps.

May River High School Behavior Management Specialist Jennifer Jones-Brown was named as the Beaufort County School District’s 2024-25 “Support Staff of the Year” at the district’s annual celebratory Support Staff breakfast.
The SC Department of Education (SCDE) and the SC Education Oversight Committee (EOC) released the 2024 SC Report Cards for schools.
